CDS Build was created following the success of its sister company CDS Renovations. We started out 21 years ago as a company who focussed on all aspects of the finishing trade. Over the years we have honed our skills and evolved by growing our client database and recruiting wisely. The outcome……..CDS Build.
The reason for keeping the two companies separate is all about management, this means we have the right people in the right areas doing what they do best. The result is that we can offer our clients a full service, with a concept that shows our levels of finesse are there from the start not just in the finish.

Our 5 Step Process
Meet and Greet
Our first step is always to get to know you and your project. We will organise a meeting so that we can discuss your requirements and aspirations, and gain an understanding of what you’re looking for.
Tender
After our meeting, we will create a detailed proposal which highlights the details of what you’re looking to achieve, including each item and segregating costs. We know that your home is of the highest importance, which is why within this tender you will also find information on the measures we will go to, to protect your property.
Programme and Budget
Once accepted, we will draft a programme of works that suits both your needs and requirements. Within your programme, you will find a combination of the order of works, along with a timeframe for each task to be carried out. In addition to this, we offer a live budgeting system (depending upon the size of your project) that keeps finances well-managed and ensures there’s total clarity for all parties prior to starting your project.
Organisation
Renovation is a multi-layered process, and all trades need to be carefully scheduled in to avoid timing conflicts. But no matter how much planning is done at the beginning, without constant management things can quickly become disorganized which, in turn, can lead to delays. Here at CDS, we keep on top of this by appointing a team leader to every project, ensuring that constant communication with all those involved is maintained.
